After a very wet night, Saturday 7 September fortunately started with glorious weather. In preparation, the GTS1000 was polished up and the Puch minibike also had to suffer.
It was a glorious morning as motor enthusiasts from all corners of the country gathered for an unforgettable motorcycle gathering. The weather gods were kind to us, with a clear blue sky and a warm sun that warmed the day. It was as if heaven itself had decided to spoil the motorcycle community.
On September 10th, there was finally another Exotentreffen, after more than 2 years of corona, which meant that the event could not go ahead. The weather gods played tricks on us, one moment bright sunshine, the next cloudy and rainy.
The 25th edition of the Exotentreffen was again a success. Despite the rainy weather - it was pouring down now and then - a nice group of motorcyclists had come to Doorn. They were welcomed with coffee and anniversary cake, made by our sponsor Bakker Albert from Zeist! Furthermore, there were nice goodies provided by RB Motoren De Bilt.
The Exotentreffen 2016 was an overwhelming success. Partly due to the beautiful weather, more than 60 motorcyclists gathered early in Doorn with their machines.
The Exotentreffen 2015 was an even bigger success than 2014. Despite the fact that the weather forecast was not quite perfect and rain was coming, more than 40 motorcyclists came to Zeist with their special motorcycles.
The Exotentreffen 2014 was a huge success. Partly due to the summer weather, the turnout was heartwarming. Thanks to good communication, many motorcyclists and interested parties had travelled to Zeist.
On Saturday 14 September 2013, a large number of special motorcycles and their riders gathered at Verpleeghotel Bovenwegen. Despite the bad weather, the interest was encouraging. Guests of the nursing hotel were also more than happy to take a look at all this power between the showers.
